Prohibits public officers from including their own name or likeness in publications, resources, or public service announcements that are distributed free of charge or using taxpayer resources.

Allows public officers to use the name of their office in such announcements instead of their personal name or image.

Defines "public officer" to include both state and local public officers as specified in Arizona Revised Statutes section 38-541.

Defines "public service announcement" as any audio, video, digital, or print message distributed to the general public to create awareness about a topic of public interest.
