Establishes Auditor General election integrity audit program to audit 2 counties under 1 million population and all counties over 1 million population each federal election cycle, examining voter registration, ballot processing, tabulation, and polling place administration.

Requires signature verification training for election officers based on FBI handwriting verification guidelines.

Appropriates $3,938,865 and 29.25 FTE positions to Auditor General for election integrity audits through December 31, 2029.
