Reduces the wage requirement for unemployment eligibility from 290 times the minimum wage to 200 times the minimum wage in one quarter of the base period (Section 23-771).

Removes the two-tier suitability standard for work offers, eliminating the distinction between the first four weeks and after four weeks of unemployment, and no longer allows automatic consideration of work paying 120% of weekly benefit amount as suitable (Section 23-776).

Increases the maximum weekly unemployment benefit amount from $240 to $320 effective June 30, 2022 (Section 23-779).

Increases the weekly earnings disregard (amount claimants can earn without reduction in benefits) from $30 to $160 effective June 30, 2022 (Section 23-779).

Removes the provision preventing redetermination of benefit amounts during a benefit year when new maximum or minimum weekly benefit amounts become effective (Section 23-779).
