Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Title 23, Chapter 4, Article 6 by adding section 23-772.03 regarding unemployment insurance notification and eligibility determinations.

Requires the Department of Economic Security to notify claimants if additional information is needed to process their unemployment benefits application, as specified in existing sections 23-772 and 23-773.

Mandates the department notify claimants of their eligibility status for unemployment benefits within 21 days of application filing or within timeliness requirements established by the U.S. Department of Labor under 20 CFR Part 640, whichever is more restrictive.
