Appropriates $1,500,000 from the state general fund in fiscal year 2022-2023 to the Department of Economic Security for a statewide information and referral service.

Service shall provide access to information and referral for health care services, community services, human services, and governmental services.

Department of Economic Security may provide the service directly or contract with a private entity to deliver it.

Service provider must utilize 2-1-1 three-digit dialing access for public accessibility.

Service provider must be accredited through a national alliance relating to information and referral systems.
