Establishes a Department of Health Services program to provide state-funded blood testing for perfluorinated chemical (PFAS) exposure through drinking water supplies for qualifying individuals.

Covers blood test costs for persons exposed to PFAS in drinking water exceeding applicable criteria, those previously denied testing, or those living in cities/towns with suspected or detected PFAS releases.

Requires the department to assess and report to the public on health indicators associated with PFAS exposure (kidney, liver, testicular cancer, low birth weight, miscarriages, ulcerative colitis, thyroid disease) in affected populations where concentrations exceed 50 parts per trillion.

Appropriates $300,000 from the state general fund to the Department of Health Services in fiscal year 2022-2023 to implement the program, with the funds exempt from lapsing.

Effective December 31, 2022.
