Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 41-1750 to require the Department of Public Safety to collect information on criminal offenses manifesting evidence of prejudice based on anti-semitism, in addition to existing protected categories (race, color, religion, national origin, sexual orientation, gender, and disability).

Defines "anti-semitism" to include the definition adopted by the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance on May 26, 2016, and adopted by the United States Department of State, including contemporary examples identified in that definition.

Requires law enforcement agencies to provide the Department of Public Safety with information concerning crimes that manifest evidence of prejudice based on anti-semitism for inclusion in the statewide uniform crime reporting program.

Updates the definitions section of criminal justice information statutes to formally incorporate anti-semitism as a category for hate crime data collection and reporting purposes.
