Appoints Joanne MacDonnell as ombudsman-citizens aide for a term ending June 30, 2027, pursuant to Arizona Revised Statutes section 41-1373, subsection B.

Requires approval by roll call vote of at least two-thirds of the membership of each house of the legislature and approval of the governor.

Alternatively requires approval by roll call vote of at least three-fourths of the membership of each house of the legislature if the governor vetoes the act.

Designated as an emergency measure operative immediately upon enactment.

Approved by the governor and filed with the Secretary of State on July 6, 2022.
