Honors the memory of the Honorable Franklin M. "Frank" Pratt, who passed away on September 21, 2021, after 13 years serving in the Arizona Legislature.

Recognizes Pratt's distinguished career focusing on rural issues, agriculture, and water policy, and notes his awards from the Arizona Chamber of Commerce, Arizona Association for Economic Development, and Fraternal Order of Police.

Acknowledges Pratt's volunteer service with the Red Cross, United Way, Pinal County Merit Commission, and various civic organizations including Rotary and local chambers of commerce.

Expresses the Legislature's sincere regret at Pratt's passing and extends deepest sympathies and condolences to his wife Janice, son Bryan, and his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Unanimously adopted by both the House and Senate on January 11, 2022, and filed with the Secretary of State on January 12, 2022.
