Proposes amendment to Arizona Constitution establishing lieutenant governor as elected executive officer, appearing on ballot as joint ticket with governor nominee.

Requires each gubernatorial nominee to name a lieutenant governor nominee at least 60 days before general election, running together on a single joint ticket.

Single vote for governor nominee automatically constitutes vote for that nominee's lieutenant governor running mate; winning governor candidate's running mate becomes winning lieutenant governor.

Establishes lieutenant governor succession to governorship upon governor's death, resignation, or permanent disability; governor appoints lieutenant governor replacement if vacancy occurs.

Applies beginning with elections for term of office starting in 2027; submitted to voters at next general election.
