Proposes an amendment to Article VII, Section 6 of the Arizona Constitution relating to military personnel stationed within the state.

Replaces outdated language "soldier, seaman, or marine, in the army or navy" with the term "military personnel" to modernize the constitutional provision.

Removes gender-specific pronoun "his" and replaces it with gender-neutral language for technical correction.

Retains the substantive rule that military personnel stationed at military or naval facilities within Arizona shall not be deemed residents of the state based solely on that station.

Directs the Secretary of State to submit the proposition to voters at the next general election per Article XXI of the Arizona Constitution.
