Amends Section 5-103.01, Arizona Revised Statutes, regarding prohibited activities for racing commission employees and appointees.

Corrects terminology by changing "race track" to "racetrack" in the statute.

Prohibits commission employees and appointees from entering into business dealings, ventures, or contracts with racetrack owners, lessees, or permittees.

Prohibits commission employees and appointees from being employed by any racetrack or permittee, or participating as owner-trainers, trainers, or jockeys in state racing meetings.

Requires the Secretary of State to submit the measure to voters at the next general election for approval.
