Proposes amending Arizona Constitution to increase the state House of Representatives from 30 to 60 districts, with one member elected from each district instead of two members from 30 districts.

Maintains the state Senate at 30 districts with one member elected from each district, with senate district boundaries kept separate and independent from house district boundaries.

Applies the amendment starting with the 2031 redistricting cycle and takes full effect for the 2032 primary and general elections and all subsequent legislative elections.

Requires voter approval through a statewide general election ballot measure under Article XXI of the Arizona Constitution.
