Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 28-1326 regarding blood test analysis for driving under the influence cases.

Corrects the agency name in subsection C.2 from "department of health services" to "department of public safety" for consistency with other provisions in the statute.

Maintains the director of the department of public safety's authority to adopt rules for blood alcohol concentration analysis methods.

Preserves the permitting requirement for analysts demonstrating accurate blood alcohol analysis abilities.

Authorizes permit revocation for analysts who cannot accurately analyze blood samples or fail to follow the director's adopted rules.
