AZ HB2031

Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 28-883 regarding parking privileges for persons with disabilities.

Allows the director to enter into agreements with other jurisdictions (including foreign countries) to extend parking privileges for persons with permanent disabilities to Arizona residents.

Requires Arizona to recognize international symbols of access special plates or placards issued by other jurisdictions.

Grants the same parking privileges to nonresidents with vehicles licensed in other states or foreign countries displaying valid disability plates or placards, even without a formal written agreement between Arizona and that jurisdiction.
