Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 32-1298 regarding dentist dispensing of drugs and devices.

Removes the requirement for dentists to register with the board before dispensing drugs for profit and eliminates the civil penalty of $300-$1,000 per transaction for unregistered dispensing.

Expands drug and device labeling, recordkeeping, and storage requirements to apply uniformly to all dispensed items, including specification that cautionary statements be required by law.

Maintains existing requirements that dentists dispense only to their own patients, keep drugs and devices in locked storage, and provide direct supervision of attendants involved in the dispensing process.

Retains board authority to establish rules regarding labeling, recordkeeping, storage and packaging, and to conduct periodic inspections to ensure compliance.
