Requires each dental practice location to contain at least one automated external defibrillator (AED) as a condition for offering dental services under Arizona law.

Dentists must acknowledge in writing to the board that each place of practice contains at least one AED when renewing their triennial license.

Certified denturists must similarly acknowledge that each place of practice contains at least one AED when providing the required address information to the board.

Applies to business entities registered with the Arizona State Board of Dental Examiners, dentists with multiple practice locations, and denturist practitioners.
