Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 3-730 to make technical corrections to language regarding nonconforming eggs declared as public nuisances.

Changes "upon" to "on" in procedures for moving nonconforming eggs and egg products from where they are held.

Changes "remark" to "re-mark" in provisions allowing eggs or egg products to be reconditioned or re-marked to comply with regulations.

Changes "seventy-two hour" to "seventy-two-hour" (hyphenation correction) for the period allowed to recondition eggs before seizure.

Changes "insure" to "ensure" and updates other grammatical language ("In the event" to "if", "which" to "that") throughout the statute relating to court procedures for abating egg product nuisances.
