Prevents landlords from advertising preferences, limitations, or discrimination based on tenants relying on government or private assistance, grants, loans, or lawful income sources.

Requires landlords to subtract rent vouchers or subsidies from total monthly rent before calculating whether tenants meet income threshold requirements.

Defines "source of income" to include Section 8 vouchers, housing assistance, public assistance, emergency rental assistance, veterans benefits, social security, and other federal, state, local, private, or nonprofit benefit programs.

Establishes violations as unlawful practices enforceable by the Arizona Attorney General under existing consumer protection statutes.
