Amends section 16-673 of Arizona Revised Statutes relating to election contest procedures.

Changes "shall" to "shall" in the requirement that an elector file a written contest statement within five days after completion of the election canvass and declaration of results.

Replaces gendered language ("party," "he") with gender-neutral terms ("person," "the person," "the contestor") throughout the statute.

Changes "upon" to "on" when referring to how a measure or proposition appeared on the official ballot.

Makes technical corrections to statutory language while maintaining the substantive requirements for filing election contest statements.
