Employers must notify the Arizona Commerce Authority's chief executive officer at least 120 days before relocating a call center from Arizona to another state or foreign country.

Employers who violate the notification requirement face a civil penalty of up to $10,000 per day of violation.

The Arizona Commerce Authority must compile and distribute a semiannual list of all employers that have relocated call centers to all state agencies for tax credit eligibility screening.

The Arizona Commerce Authority must post monthly updates on its website showing the number of call centers in Arizona, the number receiving tax credits, and the amounts of those tax credits.

Employers appearing on the relocation list are ineligible for any state grants or state-guaranteed loans for five years after the list is published.
