Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 19-125 regarding the format and content of ballot measures for initiative and referendum.

Requires the secretary of state and attorney general to post approved impartial summaries on their websites at least 30 days before official ballots and publicity pamphlets are printed, and provide copies to the filing committee if applicable.

Modifies the descriptive title requirement to specify it must be an impartial summary not exceeding 50 words, including statements of the effect of "yes" and "no" votes.

Mandates the "yes" and "no" language be posted on the secretary of state's website after attorney general approval and before ballots and publicity pamphlets are sent to print.
