Increases Arizona's minimum wage to $15 per hour effective January 1, 2024.

Changes the annual cost-of-living adjustment date from January 1, 2021 to January 1, 2025, with subsequent annual adjustments measured by the consumer price index rounded to the nearest $0.05.

Maintains the tipped employee provision allowing employers to pay up to $3.00 per hour less than minimum wage if tips combined with wages meet the minimum wage threshold.

Requires an affirmative vote of at least three-fourths of both legislative chambers for enactment per Arizona Constitution Article IV, Part 1, Section 1.
