Requires employers that provide employee handbooks to include notice of employee rights and remedies under this section.

Allows employees to file civil actions for violations, with courts authorized to order reinstatement, recovery of unpaid wages, restoration of service credits, and expungement of adverse records.

Prohibits employers from using an employee's prior wage or salary history as a defense in wage discrimination claims under equal pay and wage discrimination statutes.
