Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 16-937 regarding campaign finance reporting requirements and penalties.

Establishes penalties of $10 per day for the first 15 days after a filing deadline is missed, and $25 per day for each subsequent late day.

Requires filing officers to send email notice within 5 days of a missed deadline describing penalties and payment methods.

Allows filing officers to notify enforcement officials if a committee fails to file within 30 days after the deadline.

Automatically terminates a candidate's candidacy by operation of law if the candidate committee fails to file a timely and complete report within 5 days after the filing deadline, prohibiting further expenditures and candidacy eligibility.
