Amends section 16-921, Arizona Revised Statutes to allow candidate committees to use campaign funds for direct care, protection, and supervision of children or other individuals for whom the candidate has direct caregiving responsibilities.

Clarifies that such caregiving expenditures are lawful uses of candidate committee monies.

Makes technical corrections to existing language, including standardizing hyphenation and capitalization of terms like "email" and "fundraising."

Legislature declares the amendments are clarifying changes only and do not constitute substantive changes to existing law.
