Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 36-2907 to add comprehensive dental care as a covered service for women at least 21 years old who are in any stage of pregnancy under the Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System (AHCCCS).

Modifies the existing dental services provision that previously limited adult dental coverage to emergency care and extractions capped at $1,000 annually, creating a new category for pregnant women.

Appropriates unspecified amounts from the state general fund and federal Medicaid authority for fiscal year 2023-2024 to cover the cost of dental services for pregnant women under AHCCCS.

Appropriates an additional unspecified one-time amount from the prescription drug rebate fund in fiscal year 2023-2024 to cover costs related to eligibility changes resulting from the new pregnant women's dental benefit.

Requires the AHCCCS administration to report actual costs incurred for the new dental benefit and related eligibility changes to state leadership and budget committees by October 1, 2024.
