Amends section 32-4222 of the Arizona Revised Statutes regarding qualifications for massage therapist licensure.

Repeals subsection E, which required the board to establish communication proficiency requirements related to an applicant's ability to protect health and safety in massage therapy practice.

Reletter subsections F and G to E and F respectively following the repeal of the communication proficiency requirement.

Maintains all other existing licensure requirements including age, citizenship, education, criminal background checks, fingerprint clearance cards, and examination passage standards.
