Directs the Arizona Department of Health Services to prepare a gun safety pamphlet by January 2, 2024, covering storage measures and risks to children, with authority to update as needed.

Requires the department to distribute the gun safety pamphlet free of charge to physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, and health care institutions upon request and post it on the department's website.

Appropriates $250,000 from the state general fund for fiscal year 2023-2024 to the Department of Health Services to prepare the gun safety pamphlet.

Makes the appropriation exempt from lapsing provisions, allowing funds to carry forward if not spent in the initial fiscal year.
