Repeals section 41-194.01 of Arizona Revised Statutes, which previously authorized the Attorney General to notify the state treasurer to withhold revenue distributions from local governments for violating state law or the Arizona Constitution.

Removes provisions from section 42-5029 that allowed the state treasurer to withhold transaction privilege and severance tax distributions to counties, cities, and towns upon Attorney General notice of violations, and redirects withheld funds to other municipalities based on population.

Removes provisions from section 43-206 that allowed the state treasurer to withhold urban revenue sharing fund distributions to cities and towns upon Attorney General notice of violations.

Makes technical corrections to statutory language in sections 42-5029 and 43-206, including updating references to the U.S. Census Bureau and revising fractional notation.
