Requires persons to store firearms or ammunition in residences in a securely locked box or equipped with a device that renders it inoperable without a key or combination.

Alternatively allows persons to carry the firearm or ammunition on their person or within close proximity so they can readily retrieve and use it.

Establishes a civil penalty of at least $1,000 for violations of the storage requirement.

Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Title 13, Chapter 31 by adding Section 13-3123.

Designated as "Christian's Law."
