Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 4-301 to add the phrase "at least" before "the legal drinking age" in liquor liability provisions.

Clarifies that social hosts (non-licensees) are not liable for injuries or deaths caused by furnishing or serving liquor to individuals who are at least the legal drinking age.

Maintains existing exemption for licensees and their employees acting during employment from liability protections granted to social hosts.

Constitutes a technical correction to existing liability limitation language.
