Requires hospital service corporations and medical service corporations to reimburse pharmacists at rates no less than rates provided to physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants for covered services within the pharmacist's scope of practice.

Applies the same pharmacist reimbursement rate requirements to health care services organizations issuing or renewing evidence of coverage on or after the bill's effective date.

Extends pharmacist reimbursement rate parity requirements to disability insurers and group or blanket disability insurers for policies issued, amended, delivered, or renewed after the effective date.

Conditions coverage on pharmacists acting within their scope of practice under Arizona Title 32, Chapter 18, and on services being otherwise covered under the policy.

Exempts insurers from limitations on coverage levels and permits them to require pharmacists to comply with pharmacy practice laws.
