AZ HB2210

Requires each school district governing board member to have at least the same level of access to school district office facilities and staff during regular business hours as any school district office employee.

Prohibits school districts from limiting a governing board member's access to school district office facilities by requiring them to be accompanied by or seek authorization from a school district employee.

Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Title 15, Chapter 3, Article 2 by adding section 15-324.
