Amends Arizona child safety laws to require the Department of Child Safety (DCS) to provide the Arizona Supreme Court direct remote access to all automated case management systems to assist local foster care review boards in performing their statutory duties.

Requires DCS to provide foster care review boards with direct remote online access to all DCS information necessary for the boards' duties, or hard copy records if information is not available in automated systems.

Defines "DCS information" to include all information gathered by the department during investigations from file opening through closure, excluding child welfare agency licensing records.

Establishes as public policy that DCS shall provide the Office of the Ombudsman-Citizen's Aide and the Auditor General with all DCS information and direct remote access to the department's automated case management system.

Modifies disclosure requirements under section 8-807 to clarify what information must be maintained as confidential and under what circumstances DCS information may be released to authorized parties.
