Amends Arizona Revised Statutes sections 30-101, 30-108, 30-121, and 30-123 relating to the Arizona Power Authority.

Adds "storing" to the definition of "project" or "work" to include facilities necessary for storing electric power alongside generating and transmitting power.

Authorizes the Arizona Power Authority to encourage and participate in production or storage of electric power from solar, nuclear, and geothermal energy sources.

Permits the Authority to acquire and operate electric transmission systems, standby plants, and facilities for generating, storing, and delivering power to qualified purchasers.

Makes technical corrections including grammatical changes and clarifications to references to "this state" and "rights-of-way" terminology throughout the statutes.
