Appropriates $2,500,000 from the state general fund in each of fiscal years 2023-2024, 2024-2025, and 2025-2026 to the governor's office on tribal relations for distribution to San Carlos Apache college.

Funds designated for remedial education of students who graduated from Arizona public high schools and are enrolled in classes at a San Carlos Apache college campus in the state.

Requires the governor's office on tribal relations to enter into an agreement with San Carlos Apache college before distributing funds.

San Carlos Apache college must report and analyze course completion rates for students receiving remedial education and submit reports within 90 days after the conclusion of each academic year to the governor, senate president, house speaker, and secretary of state.
