AZ HB2236

Adds a new subsection (D) to Arizona Revised Statutes Section 17-333 exempting enrolled members of federally recognized Indian tribes located wholly or partially in Arizona from all hunting and fishing license fees, permit fees, tag fees, stamp fees, and application fees.

Maintains existing fee exemptions and reductions for pioneers age 70+, veterans with 100% service-connected disabilities, purple heart recipients, and youth members of Boy Scouts (Eagle Scout rank) or Girl Scouts (Gold Award).

Requires the Arizona Game and Fish Commission to continue depositing all collected monies into the game and fish fund.

Requires the commission to submit an annual report to the legislature by December 31 detailing license classifications, fees, and other prescribed fees, with the option for the joint legislative audit committee to hold a public hearing to review the report.
