Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 23-363 to set minimum wage at $15 per hour effective January 1, 2024.

Changes the date for automatic cost-of-living adjustments from January 1, 2021 to January 1, 2025, with subsequent annual increases measured by the consumer price index rounded to the nearest five cents.

Maintains the tipped employee wage exception allowing employers to pay up to $3.00 per hour less than minimum wage if tips plus wages equal at least the minimum wage.

Requires an affirmative vote of at least three-fourths of the members in each house of the legislature for passage, per Arizona Constitution article IV, part 1, section 1.
