Limits cost-sharing for prescription insulin drugs to a maximum of $25 per 30-day supply for individuals with health insurance coverage, regardless of insulin type or amount needed.

Applies the $25 insulin cost cap to medical service corporations, hospital service corporations, disability insurers, health care services organizations, accountable health plans, and blanket disability insurers.

Requires drug manufacturers and distributors of insulin operating in Arizona to make insulin available through local pharmacies to uninsured or underinsured persons for no more than $30 per 30-day supply.

Defines "prescription insulin drug" as any prescription medication prescribed by a health care professional to treat diabetes that contains insulin.

Amends sections 20-826, 20-1057, 20-1342, 20-1402, 20-1404, and 20-2325 of Arizona Revised Statutes, and adds new section 32-1911 to implement these insulin affordability requirements.
