Adds persons otherwise eligible for AHCCCS (Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System) but for their immigration status as an eligible category under section 36-2901(6)(a)(vii).

Repeals section 36-2903.03 of Arizona Revised Statutes, which previously restricted AHCCCS eligibility based on immigration status.

Extends postpartum Medicaid coverage eligibility from pregnant women to women who are less than one year postpartum with family income not exceeding 150% of federal poverty guidelines.

Directs legislative council staff to prepare conforming legislation for consideration in the 56th Legislature's second regular session.

Makes the amendment to section 36-2901 contingent on the condition prescribed by Laws 2022, chapter 314, section 27.
