Amends Arizona funeral service definitions to add "transportation protection agreement," defined as an agreement primarily providing or arranging services to prepare human remains or cremated remains for transportation and such subsequent transportation.

Excludes services provided pursuant to transportation protection agreements from the definition of "funeral goods and services" in funeral industry regulations.

Establishes that transportation protection agreements are not insurance under Arizona law (Title 32, Chapter 12 or Title 20, Chapter 29).

Makes conforming changes to funeral service definitions related to licensing and registration terminology across two separate amendments to section 32-1301.
