Extends the repeal date of Arizona's affordable housing tax credit program from December 31, 2025 to December 31, 2036.

Increases the annual tax credit allocation limit from $4,000,000 through 2023 to $10,000,000 per calendar year thereafter.

Allows tax credits to apply against insurance premium tax liability or income tax liability for taxpayers investing in qualified low-income housing projects.

Extends related statutory provisions (sections 20-224.04, 43-225, 43-1075, and 43-1163) that support the affordable housing tax credit program until December 31, 2036.

Preserves the ability of taxpayers to redeem tax credits for projects approved before the repeal date, even after the program's statutory termination.
