Permits operators of vehicles or combination of vehicles at least 40 feet long or 10 feet wide to deviate from their lane as necessary to approach and drive through roundabouts.

Requires all other drivers to yield the right-of-way to large vehicles (40+ feet long or 10+ feet wide) when driving through roundabouts at the same time or close enough to present an immediate hazard.

Establishes that when two large vehicles approach or drive through a roundabout simultaneously, the driver on the right must yield to the driver on the left.

Requires the department of transportation and local jurisdictions to post yield signs and a uniform standard sign indicating that large trucks have the right-of-way at all roundabouts.

Defines "roundabout" as a circular intersection with continuous one-directional traffic flow around a central island, excluding those on local roads or collector streets.
