Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 33-1818 to restrict planned community associations' authority over public roadways owned or dedicated to governmental entities after declarant control ends.

For planned communities with declarations recorded after December 31, 2014, associations have no authority to regulate roadways held by governmental entities.

For planned communities with declarations recorded before January 1, 2015 that currently regulate public roadways, the community must hold a membership vote by June 30, 2025 to decide whether to continue regulating those roadways.

If the membership votes to continue regulating public roadways, the board must record a confirmation document with the county recorder; if the vote fails or is not held, the community loses all authority to regulate public roadways.

Exempts one-way streets regardless of ownership and privately owned roadways from the restrictions.
