Prohibits any government entity from requiring Arizona residents to receive COVID-19 vaccinations or variants thereof.

Applies the prohibition to state and local government entities that receive and use tax revenues.

Exempts health care institutions owned or operated by government entities from the prohibition, except where federal law requires otherwise.

Defines "government entity" to include the federal government, the state, and any political subdivision receiving tax revenues.
