Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 44-313 regarding the disposition of unclaimed property funds received by the state.

Directs 55 percent of unclaimed property monies to the housing trust fund established by section 41-3955, with 40 percent of that amount reserved exclusively for development of eligible and viable housing in rural areas.

Maintains the first $2,000,000 of monies deposited annually to the seriously mentally ill housing trust fund established by section 41-3955.01.

Allocates up to $24,500,000 of monies annually to the department of revenue administrative fund established by section 42-1116.01.

Requires the department to retain at least $100,000 in a separate trust fund from which to pay claims on unclaimed property.
