AZ HB2334

Replaces the term "active early voting list" with "permanent early voting list" throughout Arizona election statutes (sections 16-245, 16-411, 16-461, 16-510, 16-542, and 16-544).

Removes the requirement that voters be automatically removed from the permanent early voting list if they fail to vote an early ballot in all elections for two consecutive election cycles.

Eliminates the notice and confirmation process that previously required inactive voters to reaffirm their desire to remain on the list within 90 days or face removal.

Allows voters to remain on the permanent early voting list indefinitely once enrolled, requiring only an explicit written request to be removed or removal due to registration cancellation or address issues.

Maintains existing provisions for sample ballot distribution and early voting procedures while updating terminology to reflect the permanent status of the list.
