Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 15-913.01 to modify funding for county jail education programs serving inmates ages 21 and younger without high school diplomas.

Changes accommodation school funding for county jail education programs from 72 percent of normal accommodation school funding to full funding, and increases capital outlay costs from $72 to $100 per pupil with disabilities.

Allows county school superintendents to establish county jail education funds with base and variable amounts, with variable amounts calculated based on instructional days provided to prisoners and special education costs.

Appropriates $76,000 from the state general fund in fiscal year 2023-2024 to the superintendent of public instruction for distribution to county school superintendents for county jail education programs.
