Prohibits health care professionals from providing conversion therapy to patients under 18 years of age, classifying such practice as unprofessional conduct.

Exempts clergy members and religious counselors acting in a pastoral or religious capacity, and parents or grandparents who are health care professionals acting in a parental capacity.

Defines "conversion therapy" as any practice or treatment seeking to change sexual orientation or gender identity, including mental health therapy targeting behaviors, expressions, attractions, or feelings related to sexual orientation or gender identity.

Excludes from the definition neutral practices that support gender transition, provide acceptance and support, facilitate identity exploration and coping, address unlawful sexual activities in a neutral manner, or discuss moral or religious beliefs.

Applies to health care professionals certified or licensed under Arizona chapters 13, 15, 17, 19.1, or 33 of title 32 who provide mental health therapy.
